Aspirin, Butalbital, Caffeine, Codeine Phosphate falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Atractylodes interacts with.
Laboratory research suggests that atractylenolides II and III, constituents of atractylodes, reduce platelet activation. So far, this has not been shown in humans.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
The piece of this combo pill that matters here is the aspirin. Aspirin already thins the blood by making your platelets less sticky, which is why it can cause bruising, nosebleeds, or stomach irritation. Lab studies hint that certain compounds in atractylodes (atractylenolides II and III) may also calm platelets down, so in theory the two together could nudge your bleeding risk a little higher.
The key word is theory. This effect has only shown up in test tubes and animals, never proven in people, so I wouldn't lose sleep over it. Still, since you're already on a blood thinner, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before adding atractylodes, especially if you notice easy bruising or bleeding gums.

CYTOCHROME P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) SUBSTRATES

In animals, atractylodes administered at high doses has been shown to induce CYP1A2 activity. This effect has not been shown in humans.

Here's the practical piece with Fiorinal with Codeine. The part of this combo that interacts with atractylodes is the caffeine, which your liver clears using an enzyme called CYP1A2. In animal studies given high doses, atractylodes seemed to speed that enzyme up, which could in theory clear caffeine a little faster and make it feel slightly weaker. The aspirin, butalbital, and codeine pieces aren't really the concern here.
The honest takeaway: this is rated minor and comes only from lab and animal work, never proven in people. Everyday culinary or tea-strength amounts are very unlikely to matter. So I wouldn't lose sleep over it, but if you plan to use a concentrated atractylodes supplement regularly, run it by your pharmacist or doctor first.

In animals, atractylodes administered at high doses has been shown to inhibit CYP3A1 activity, which is a homolog to the human CYP3A4 enzyme. This effect has not been shown in humans.

Here's the gist with Fiorinal with Codeine (a combo of aspirin, butalbital, caffeine, and codeine). In high-dose animal studies, atractylodes slowed down an enzyme called CYP3A4, which helps your body process several medicines. If that happened in people, the butalbital and caffeine pieces could clear a bit more slowly and build up, which in theory might leave you feeling extra drowsy, foggy, or lightheaded.
But honestly, this is very weak, lab-and-animal-only evidence, and it has never been shown in humans. I wouldn't lose sleep over it. Still, since this product already causes sedation, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before pairing them, especially if you notice unusual sleepiness.
