Conjugated Estrogens, Meprobamate falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Atractylodes interacts with.

Theoretically, atractylodes might increase the levels of CYP3A4 substrates.
In animals, atractylodes administered at high doses has been shown to inhibit CYP3A1 activity, which is a homolog to the human CYP3A4 enzyme. This effect has not been shown in humans.

Here's the gist with PMB, which combines conjugated estrogens with meprobamate (a calming, sedative-type medication). Your body uses a liver enzyme called CYP3A4 to help clear both of these. In animal studies using high doses, atractylodes appeared to slow a similar enzyme down. If that were to happen in people, these medications could linger a bit longer and build up, which in theory might mean more estrogen-related effects (breast tenderness, nausea, bloating) or more drowsiness and grogginess from the meprobamate part.

I want to be honest, though: this is only a theoretical concern from lab and animal work, and it has never been shown in humans. So I wouldn't lose sleep over it. Still, since both ingredients matter, just run it by your pharmacist or doctor before adding atractylodes.
