Acetaminophen, Codeine, Doxylamine falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) SUBSTRATES — the group Beta-methylphenethylamine (bmpea) interacts with.

Theoretically, BMPEA might increase the levels and clinical effects of CYP2D6 substrates.
In vitro research shows that BMPEA strongly inhibits CYP2D6.

Here's the wrinkle with this combo. The codeine in Mersyndol is what we call a prodrug, meaning it doesn't do much on its own. Your body uses an enzyme called CYP2D6 to convert codeine into morphine, which is the part that actually relieves pain. Lab studies suggest BMPEA can block that same enzyme. If CYP2D6 is slowed down, less codeine gets turned into morphine, so you may get weaker pain relief from your medication.

I'll be straight with you, though: this is theoretical and comes only from test-tube research, so we don't really know how it plays out in people. The bigger concern is BMPEA itself, an amphetamine-like stimulant that can raise your heart rate and blood pressure. I'd skip it and check with your pharmacist or doctor.
