The medication you asked about (often sold as Isocom or Midrin) is a combination used for tension or migraine headaches. The key piece here is isometheptene, which is itself a mild stimulant that works by tightening blood vessels. So you have two things that lean in the same direction: BMPEA acting like an amphetamine, and isometheptene also nudging blood pressure and heart rate upward.

Put them together and, in theory, you could stack those effects. That might mean a racing heart, a jump in blood pressure, jitteriness, or chest discomfort. This is a theoretical concern based on how these compounds behave, not on solid human studies, and BMPEA is a sketchy, often-mislabeled supplement to begin with.
