Beta-methylphenethylamine (bmpea) + Chlorpheniramine
Chlorpheniramine brand names: Chlor-Trimeton, Teldrin.
Beta-methylphenethylamine (bmpea) has a moderate interaction with Chlorpheniramine. Theoretically, BMPEA might increase the levels and clinical effects of CYP3A4 substrates.

Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES
Why this applies to Chlorpheniramine
Chlorpheniramine falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Beta-methylphenethylamine (bmpea) interacts with.
In vitro research shows that BMPEA inhibits CYP3A4 by up to 37%.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the gist for these two together. Your body partly relies on a liver enzyme called CYP3A4 to clear chlorpheniramine. In lab testing, BMPEA slowed that enzyme down by a little over a third. If that happens in real people, chlorpheniramine could hang around longer and build up, making its effects feel stronger.
With this antihistamine, that usually shows up as more drowsiness, a dry mouth, blurry vision, or feeling foggy. There's an added wrinkle too: BMPEA is an amphetamine-like stimulant that can push up your heart rate and blood pressure, which is a poor mix with anything sedating. Keep in mind this interaction is theoretical, based only on test-tube data. Still, because BMPEA itself carries real safety concerns, I'd run this by your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Chlorpheniramine page
“An over-the-counter allergy pill sounds harmless, but chlorpheniramine (Chlor-Trimeton) has one of the longer supplement interaction lists I review, and it calls for real vigilance, with the major-rated entries the ones to understand first. Most of the list can shift how the body clears the drug: grapefruit can raise its levels while St.”

About Beta-methylphenethylamine (bmpea)
What is Beta-methylphenethylamine (bmpea)?
- Weight loss
- Pre-workout energy
- Athletic performance
- Appetite suppression
- Mental focus
Beta-methylphenethylamine (BMPEA) is a synthetic stimulant chemically similar to amphetamine that has been found in some weight-loss and sports supplements, often without being clearly listed on the label. It is not an approved or well-studied dietary ingredient, and regulators have warned that it may carry real cardiovascular risks. Because of safety concerns and the lack of human research, it is best avoided.
