Letrozole, Ribociclib Succinate falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Beta-methylphenethylamine (bmpea) interacts with.

Theoretically, BMPEA might increase the levels and clinical effects of CYP3A4 substrates.
In vitro research shows that BMPEA inhibits CYP3A4 by up to 37%.

Your Kisqali plus Femara combo treats hormone-receptor-positive breast cancer. Both letrozole and ribociclib are cleared by a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. In lab dishes, BMPEA blocked that enzyme by about a third, so the concern is that BMPEA could slow the breakdown of these medicines and let their levels creep up. For ribociclib especially, higher levels can mean more nausea, fatigue, low blood counts, and a heart rhythm change called QT prolongation, which is something your team already watches closely.

I'll be honest: this is a theoretical concern based only on test-tube data, not real patients. Still, ribociclib is a drug where small changes matter, and BMPEA is an unapproved stimulant best avoided anyway. Please check with your oncologist or pharmacist before using it.
