Letrozole, Ribociclib Succinate falls under QT INTERVAL-PROLONGING DRUGS — the group Cesium interacts with.

Theoretically, taking cesium concomitantly with other drugs that prolong the QT interval may increase the risk of ventricular arrhythmias and death.
Taking cesium can prolong the QT interval on electrocardiogram (ECG). In many cases, cesium-induced QT prolongation has led to serious adverse effects, including torsades de pointes, cardiac arrest, and death.

Here's the concern with combining cesium and your Kisqali Femara Co-Pack (ribociclib plus letrozole). Ribociclib already has a known effect on your heart's electrical timing, something doctors call QT prolongation. That's why your oncology team checks ECGs and bloodwork before and during treatment. Cesium chloride can also stretch out that same QT interval, so stacking the two together could add up and raise the risk of a dangerous, fast heart rhythm (torsades de pointes), fainting, or even cardiac arrest.

Honestly, cesium isn't something I'd recommend at all. It has no proven cancer benefit and has caused deaths on its own. Please don't add it, and talk with your oncologist or pharmacist before taking any new supplement while on this regimen.
