Cesium + Doxepin
Doxepin brand names: Sinequan, Doxepin, Zonalon.
Cesium has a major interaction with Doxepin. Theoretically, taking cesium concomitantly with other drugs that prolong the QT interval may increase the risk of ventricular arrhythmias and death.

Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
QT INTERVAL-PROLONGING DRUGS
Why this applies to Doxepin
Doxepin falls under QT INTERVAL-PROLONGING DRUGS — the group Cesium interacts with.
Taking cesium can prolong the QT interval on electrocardiogram (ECG). In many cases, cesium-induced QT prolongation has led to serious adverse effects, including torsades de pointes, cardiac arrest, and death.
Interaction has not been documented in well-controlled studies, however, the interaction has been demonstrated in some small human studies or in controlled animal studies in conjunction with multiple case reports..
Here's the concern with pairing cesium and doxepin. Cesium itself can stretch out part of your heartbeat called the QT interval on an EKG. Doxepin, like other tricyclic antidepressants, can do the same thing on its own. When you combine two things that both lengthen the QT interval, the effects can stack up and raise the risk of a dangerous, irregular heart rhythm (one called torsades de pointes) that can lead to fainting, cardiac arrest, or worse.
To be honest, the evidence here is mostly theoretical and based on case reports, not strong studies. But cesium is genuinely risky and has no proven benefit, so I'd steer clear of it entirely. Please talk with your doctor or pharmacist before adding any supplement.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Doxepin page
“Doxepin is a sedating tricyclic prescribed for depression, anxiety, and often sleep itself, and the people taking it tend to shop the same shelf where the trouble sits. Of the 186 supplements on file, 78 deepen its drowsiness, with alcohol (beer and wine carry major, well-documented ratings) and kava the clearest examples, and I would…”

About Cesium
What is Cesium?
- Marketed as an alternative cancer treatment ('high pH therapy')
- Claimed to alter tumor pH
- General 'alkaline' health claims
Cesium chloride is a mineral salt sold as an alternative cancer therapy ('high pH therapy'), but there is no reliable scientific evidence that it treats cancer or any other disease. It can cause dangerous heart rhythm problems and even death, so it should not be used. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking any supplement, and never use cesium in place of proven medical care.
About Doxepin (Insomnia)

Doxepin Is Linked to Lower Levels of One Nutrient
Natural Medicines records Doxepin as a medicine that can lower these. This is not an interaction with Cesium — it is a separate effect of the medicine, and it is a reason some people are advised to supplement rather than to avoid one:
