First, a serious heads-up: cesium chloride isn't a proven treatment for anything, and on its own it has caused dangerous heart rhythm problems and even deaths. I'd steer clear of it entirely. But here's the specific concern with your blood pressure medicine. Salutensin contains hydroflumethiazide, a water pill that already pushes potassium out through your urine, plus reserpine.

Cesium has been tied to low potassium (hypokalemia) in several case reports, so stacking it on top of a thiazide could drive potassium even lower. Low potassium can cause muscle cramps, weakness, fatigue, and irregular heartbeats, and your heart is exactly where cesium also causes trouble. This is mostly anecdotal evidence, but the combo isn't worth the risk. Please talk with your doctor or pharmacist before using any cesium product.
