First things first: cesium chloride isn't something I'd recommend at all. It has no proven benefit for cancer or anything else, and it's been linked to serious, sometimes fatal heart rhythm problems on its own. But to answer your question directly, here's the concern when you pair it with this medicine. Your combination pill contains chlortalidone, a water pill (diuretic) that already tends to lower your potassium. Cesium has its own track record in case reports of dropping potassium too.

Stack the two and you could push potassium too low (hypokalemia), which may show up as muscle cramps, weakness, fatigue, or an irregular heartbeat. That last one is especially worrying since cesium itself disrupts heart rhythm. This is based on anecdotal reports, not strong studies, but please don't use cesium. Talk with your pharmacist or doctor first.
