Cesium + Hydrochlorothiazide
Hydrochlorothiazide brand names: Esidrix, Hydro, Microzide, HydroDiuril, Hydro-D, and others.
Cesium has a moderate interaction with Hydrochlorothiazide. Theoretically, taking cesium concomitantly with other drugs that deplete potassium, such as diuretics, may increase the risk of hypokalemia.

DIURETIC DRUGS
Why this applies to Hydrochlorothiazide
Hydrochlorothiazide falls under DIURETIC DRUGS — the group Cesium interacts with.
Cesium supplements have been associated with hypokalemia in many case reports.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
First things first: cesium chloride is not something I'd ever recommend. It hasn't been shown to treat cancer or anything else, and on its own it can trigger dangerous heart rhythm problems. So my honest advice is to steer clear of it entirely.
Here's the specific concern when you pair it with hydrochlorothiazide. Your water pill already pushes potassium out through your urine, which can leave potassium running low. Cesium has been linked to low potassium too, in a number of case reports. Stack them together and you could end up more likely to become hypokalemic (low potassium), which can show up as muscle cramps, weakness, fatigue, or an irregular heartbeat. This is based on weaker, anecdotal evidence, but since both heart rhythm and low potassium are in play, it's worth taking seriously. Please talk with your doctor or pharmacist before combining anything with your blood pressure medicine.

These are real questions from readers, answered by the pharmacists at HelloPharmacist — written by a person, not generated from a database. From our pharmacist’s overview on the Hydrochlorothiazide page
“Hydrochlorothiazide sits at the strong end of the caution scale for supplement interactions, and the small group of major-rated entries deserves a careful read before everything else on the page. Most of what appears here either adds to the pill's blood-pressure-lowering effect or piles onto its diuretic action, pushing fluid and potas…”

About Cesium
What is Cesium?
- Marketed as an alternative cancer treatment ('high pH therapy')
- Claimed to alter tumor pH
- General 'alkaline' health claims
Cesium chloride is a mineral salt sold as an alternative cancer therapy ('high pH therapy'), but there is no reliable scientific evidence that it treats cancer or any other disease. It can cause dangerous heart rhythm problems and even death, so it should not be used. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking any supplement, and never use cesium in place of proven medical care.
About Hydrochlorothiazide
What Is Hydrochlorothiazide Used For?
Brand names: Esidrix, Hydro, Microzide, HydroDiuril, Hydro-D, Oretic, Aquazide H, Aquazide, HCTZ
Hydrochlorothiazide treats high blood pressure (hypertension), alone or with other blood pressure medicines. Lowering blood pressure reduces the risk of strokes and heart attacks.
It is also used for edema (swelling from extra fluid). Edema use is described for Inzirqo (oral suspension) and for hydrochlorothiazide tablets. The capsule labels describe use for high blood pressure only.

Hydrochlorothiazide Is Linked to Lower Levels of 8 Nutrients
Natural Medicines records Hydrochlorothiazide as a medicine that can lower these. This is not an interaction with Cesium — it is a separate effect of the medicine, and it is a reason some people are advised to supplement rather than to avoid one:
