First things first: cesium chloride isn't something I'd recommend to anyone. It has no proven benefit for cancer or any other condition, and it can trigger serious, even life-threatening heart rhythm problems on its own. Layering it on top of Cyclothiazide adds another worry.

Here's the concern. Cyclothiazide is a thiazide-type water pill, and one of its well-known effects is pushing potassium out through your urine. Cesium has also been tied to low potassium (hypokalemia) in a number of case reports. Put together, they may drop your potassium even further. Low potassium can cause muscle cramps, weakness, fatigue, and irregular heartbeats, which is especially risky alongside cesium's own heart effects. This link is based on anecdotal reports, so it's not certain, but please talk with your doctor or pharmacist before using cesium at all.

What is Cesium?
