Cesium + Levofloxacin
Levofloxacin brand names: Levaquin, Levaquin Injection, Leva-pak.
Cesium has a major interaction with Levofloxacin. Theoretically, taking cesium concomitantly with other drugs that prolong the QT interval may increase the risk of ventricular arrhythmias and death.

Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
QT INTERVAL-PROLONGING DRUGS
Why this applies to Levofloxacin
Levofloxacin falls under QT INTERVAL-PROLONGING DRUGS — the group Cesium interacts with.
Taking cesium can prolong the QT interval on electrocardiogram (ECG). In many cases, cesium-induced QT prolongation has led to serious adverse effects, including torsades de pointes, cardiac arrest, and death.
Interaction has not been documented in well-controlled studies, however, the interaction has been demonstrated in some small human studies or in controlled animal studies in conjunction with multiple case reports..
Here's the thing with this pairing: levofloxacin is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic that can, on its own, stretch out a part of your heartbeat called the QT interval. Cesium chloride does the same thing, and frankly cesium has a scary track record here. It has been linked to dangerous rhythm problems like torsades de pointes, cardiac arrest, and even death.
When you combine two things that both lengthen the QT interval, you stack the risk. That can show up as a racing or irregular heartbeat, dizziness, fainting, or worse. The evidence is mostly anecdotal, but the outcomes reported are serious enough that I wouldn't gamble on it. Honestly, cesium isn't a proven therapy for anything. Please talk with your doctor or pharmacist before mixing these.

About Cesium
What is Cesium?
- Marketed as an alternative cancer treatment ('high pH therapy')
- Claimed to alter tumor pH
- General 'alkaline' health claims
Cesium chloride is a mineral salt sold as an alternative cancer therapy ('high pH therapy'), but there is no reliable scientific evidence that it treats cancer or any other disease. It can cause dangerous heart rhythm problems and even death, so it should not be used. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking any supplement, and never use cesium in place of proven medical care.
About Levofloxacin
What Is Levofloxacin Used For?
Brand names: Levaquin, Levaquin Injection, Leva-pak
Levofloxacin tablets, oral solution and injection treat infections caused by susceptible bacteria in adults. These include several types of pneumonia, skin infections, urinary tract infections, chronic bacterial prostatitis, bronchitis flare-ups and sinus infections. They also include post-exposure treatment for inhalational anthrax and plague.
Levofloxacin tablets are also used in children for inhalational anthrax (post-exposure) and plague. The eye drops are different: they treat bacterial conjunctivitis or corneal ulcer, depending on the product. It only works on bacteria, not viruses.
