Beclomethasone dipropionate falls under CORTICOSTEROIDS — the group Cesium interacts with.

Theoretically, taking cesium concomitantly with other drugs that deplete potassium, such as corticosteroids, may increase the risk of hypokalemia.
Cesium supplements have been associated with hypokalemia in many case reports.

First things first: cesium chloride isn't something I'd ever recommend. There's no solid proof it treats cancer or anything else, and it has been linked to dangerous heart rhythm problems and deaths. So please don't use it. With your inhaler in the picture, the concern here is low potassium (hypokalemia). Cesium itself has been tied to dropping potassium in several case reports, and corticosteroids like beclomethasone can nudge potassium down too.

That said, your Qvar or QNASL is inhaled or sprayed in the nose, so very little reaches your bloodstream, which makes a big potassium drop from the inhaler alone unlikely. The cesium is the real worry. Low potassium can cause muscle weakness, cramps, and irregular heartbeats. This link is theoretical and based on weak, anecdotal reports, but please talk with your doctor or pharmacist before using cesium at all.

What Is Beclomethasone Oral Inhalation Used For?

Brand names: Qvar, QNASL

Beclomethasone dipropionate HFA inhalation aerosol (brand: Qvar Redihaler) is used for the ongoing, daily management of asthma in adults and children 5 years of age and older. It is a preventive (maintenance) therapy — not a rescue inhaler — meaning it helps control asthma over time rather than treating sudden symptoms.

Important: Qvar Redihaler is not for the relief of sudden asthma attacks or acute bronchospasm. Always keep a separate fast-acting (rescue) inhaler on hand for those moments.
