Cesium + Chlorthalidone
Chlorthalidone brand names: Hygroton, Thalitone.
Cesium has a moderate interaction with Chlorthalidone. Theoretically, taking cesium concomitantly with other drugs that deplete potassium, such as diuretics, may increase the risk of hypokalemia.

Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
DIURETIC DRUGS
Why this applies to Chlorthalidone
Chlorthalidone falls under DIURETIC DRUGS — the group Cesium interacts with.
Cesium supplements have been associated with hypokalemia in many case reports.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the practical worry with these two together. Chlorthalidone is a water pill that already lowers your body's potassium as it flushes out extra salt and fluid. Cesium chloride has a track record in case reports of dropping potassium too. So stacking them could push your potassium lower than it should be, a state we call hypokalemia.
Low potassium can show up as muscle cramps, weakness, fatigue, or in worse cases an irregular heartbeat. That last part matters a lot here, because cesium itself is known to cause dangerous heart rhythm problems. To be blunt, I would steer clear of cesium entirely. It has no proven benefit for any condition and real risks. Please talk with your doctor or pharmacist before using any supplement.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Chlorthalidone page
“Chlorthalidone (Hygroton, Thalitone) lowers blood pressure by helping the kidneys shed salt and water, and that mechanism makes its supplement interactions worth genuine care. Most of the 222 ingredients on file either add to its blood-pressure-lowering effect or act as diuretics themselves, so pressure or potassium can fall further th…”

About Cesium
What is Cesium?
- Marketed as an alternative cancer treatment ('high pH therapy')
- Claimed to alter tumor pH
- General 'alkaline' health claims
Cesium chloride is a mineral salt sold as an alternative cancer therapy ('high pH therapy'), but there is no reliable scientific evidence that it treats cancer or any other disease. It can cause dangerous heart rhythm problems and even death, so it should not be used. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking any supplement, and never use cesium in place of proven medical care.
About Chlorthalidone
What Is Chlorthalidone Used For?
Brand names: Hygroton, Thalitone
Chlorthalidone is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) in adults. Lowering blood pressure reduces the risk of serious cardiovascular events, especially strokes and heart attacks. It can be used alone or combined with other blood pressure medicines.
Chlorthalidone is also used as an add-on treatment for edema (fluid buildup) caused by heart failure, liver cirrhosis, and kidney conditions including nephrotic syndrome, acute glomerulonephritis, and chronic renal failure. Thalitone is additionally indicated for edema associated with heart failure, liver cirrhosis, and renal disease including nephrotic syndrome.

Chlorthalidone Is Linked to Lower Levels of 8 Nutrients
Natural Medicines records Chlorthalidone as a medicine that can lower these. This is not an interaction with Cesium — it is a separate effect of the medicine, and it is a reason some people are advised to supplement rather than to avoid one:
