Flupenthixol falls under QT INTERVAL-PROLONGING DRUGS — the group Cesium interacts with.

Theoretically, taking cesium concomitantly with other drugs that prolong the QT interval may increase the risk of ventricular arrhythmias and death.
Taking cesium can prolong the QT interval on electrocardiogram (ECG). In many cases, cesium-induced QT prolongation has led to serious adverse effects, including torsades de pointes, cardiac arrest, and death.

Here's the concern with pairing cesium and flupenthixol (Fluanxol). Flupenthixol is an antipsychotic that can stretch out the heart's electrical reset time, something we call QT prolongation. Cesium does the same thing, and on its own it has been linked to dangerous rhythm problems, cardiac arrest, and even death. Stacking two QT-stretching agents together can add up and raise the risk of a serious arrhythmia called torsades de pointes.

To be honest, this is based mostly on case reports and theory rather than strong studies, so the evidence is thin. But cesium chloride is genuinely risky and isn't a proven treatment for anything. Please don't start or stop anything on your own. Talk with your doctor or pharmacist first.
