First things first: cesium chloride is sold as an alternative cancer treatment, but there's no good evidence it works, and it can actually cause dangerous, even fatal, heart rhythm problems on its own. I'd steer clear of it entirely. Hyzaar combines two blood pressure medicines: hydrochlorothiazide (a water pill) and losartan.

The concern here is potassium. Hydrochlorothiazide already tends to lower your potassium, and cesium has been linked to low potassium (hypokalemia) in case reports too. Stack them together and your potassium could drop further, which can cause muscle cramps, weakness, fatigue, and irregular heartbeats. This is based on anecdotal reports rather than strong studies, but cesium's heart risks make caution wise. Please talk with your doctor or pharmacist before using cesium.
