Hydrochlorothiazide, Losartan Potassium falls under THIAZIDE DIURETICS — the group Dolomite interacts with.

Taking thiazides with dolomite might increase the risk of hypercalcemia and kidney failure.
Dolomite contains calcium, and thiazides reduce calcium excretion by the kidneys. Using thiazides along with moderately large amounts of dolomite increases the risk of milk-alkali syndrome (hypercalcemia, metabolic alkalosis, kidney failure).

Your Hyzaar contains hydrochlorothiazide, a water pill. One quirk of thiazide diuretics is that they tell your kidneys to hold onto calcium instead of flushing it out. Dolomite, meanwhile, is a calcium and magnesium source. Put the two together in meaningful amounts and calcium can climb too high, a problem called hypercalcemia, which in turn can stress the kidneys (sometimes described as milk-alkali syndrome).

Watch for nausea, constipation, unusual thirst, confusion, or weakness, and let your doctor or pharmacist know before pairing them. There's also a separate worry: dolomite has been found to carry lead and other heavy metals, so a cleaner, tested calcium product is usually the smarter choice anyway. Please don't change your blood pressure medicine on your own.
