Ozanimod Hydrochloride falls under QT INTERVAL-PROLONGING DRUGS — the group Cesium interacts with.

Theoretically, taking cesium concomitantly with other drugs that prolong the QT interval may increase the risk of ventricular arrhythmias and death.
Taking cesium can prolong the QT interval on electrocardiogram (ECG). In many cases, cesium-induced QT prolongation has led to serious adverse effects, including torsades de pointes, cardiac arrest, and death.

Here's the heart of the concern with combining cesium and Zeposia (ozanimod). Cesium on its own can stretch out part of your heart's electrical cycle, something doctors call QT prolongation. When the QT gets too long, it can trigger a dangerous, chaotic heartbeat (one type is called torsades de pointes), which has led to cardiac arrest and death in cesium reports.

Ozanimod already affects the heart. It can slow your heart rate, especially when you first start it, and it carries its own QT-related cautions. Stacking cesium on top could add to that risk. Honestly, cesium is not a proven treatment and is considered unsafe regardless. Please don't take it, and talk with your doctor or pharmacist before adding any supplement to your MS or colitis care.

Zeposia (ozanimod) is approved for adults with relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis (MS) — including clinically isolated syndrome, relapsing-remitting MS, and active secondary progressive MS.

Zeposia is also approved for adults with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis (UC), a chronic inflammatory bowel disease.
