Naproxen, Sumatriptan falls under QT INTERVAL-PROLONGING DRUGS — the group Cesium interacts with.

Theoretically, taking cesium concomitantly with other drugs that prolong the QT interval may increase the risk of ventricular arrhythmias and death.
Taking cesium can prolong the QT interval on electrocardiogram (ECG). In many cases, cesium-induced QT prolongation has led to serious adverse effects, including torsades de pointes, cardiac arrest, and death.

Here's the bottom line on combining cesium with Treximet (the naproxen plus sumatriptan combo you take for migraines): the concern isn't about how these drugs are broken down. It's about your heart's electrical rhythm. Cesium chloride, which is sold as an unproven cancer remedy, can stretch out the part of your heartbeat called the QT interval. When the QT gets too long, it can trigger a dangerous rhythm called torsades de pointes, which can lead to fainting, cardiac arrest, or even death.

Sumatriptan already comes with cautions about heart and blood vessel effects, so stacking it with cesium isn't worth the risk. Honestly, cesium isn't something I'd recommend to anyone, since it has no proven benefit and real dangers. Please talk with your doctor or pharmacist before using it with anything.
