Erythromycin, Sulfisoxazole falls under QT INTERVAL-PROLONGING DRUGS — the group Cesium interacts with.

Theoretically, taking cesium concomitantly with other drugs that prolong the QT interval may increase the risk of ventricular arrhythmias and death.
Taking cesium can prolong the QT interval on electrocardiogram (ECG). In many cases, cesium-induced QT prolongation has led to serious adverse effects, including torsades de pointes, cardiac arrest, and death.

Here's the concern with Eryzole (a combination of erythromycin and sulfisoxazole) and cesium. The erythromycin part is already known to stretch out something called the QT interval, which is the timing of your heartbeat on an ECG. Cesium does the very same thing. Stack the two together and you raise the odds of a dangerous, irregular heart rhythm called torsades de pointes, which can lead to fainting, cardiac arrest, or worse.

To be honest, the evidence here is mostly theoretical and based on scattered case reports, not solid studies. But cesium itself has caused real deaths and has no proven benefit, so I'd steer clear of it entirely. Please talk with your doctor or pharmacist before mixing anything with this antibiotic.
