Chlorambucil falls under SEIZURE THRESHOLD LOWERING DRUGS — the group Biofeedback interacts with.

There is some concern that electroencephalogram (EEG) biofeedback might lower the seizure threshold in some patients. Theoretically, combining EEG biofeedback with seizure threshold-lowering drugs might increase the risk of seizure.
Some drugs that lower the seizure threshold include anesthetics (propofol, others), antiarrhythmics (mexiletine), antibiotics (amphotericin, penicillin, cephalosporins, imipenem), antidepressants (bupropion, others), antihistamines (cyproheptadine, others), immunosuppressants (cyclosporine), narcotics (fentanyl, others), stimulants (methylphenidate), theophylline, and others.

Here's the connection worth knowing. Chlorambucil (Leukeran) is a chemo medicine that, at higher doses, can lower the brain's seizure threshold, meaning it can make seizures a bit more likely in some people. EEG biofeedback (a type of neurofeedback) has also raised some concern about nudging that threshold lower in certain patients. So the theory is that using both together could slightly add to the chance of a seizure.

I want to be straight with you: this is mostly a theoretical concern, and biofeedback itself is very safe and not a drug. Still, since seizures are a real (though uncommon) Chlorambucil side effect, it's smart to mention you're doing biofeedback to your oncologist or pharmacist before starting, especially if you've ever had seizures.
