Here's the short version: chlorambucil, your leukemia and lymphoma medicine, can in rare cases lower the brain's seizure threshold, meaning it can make seizures a little easier to trigger. Rauwolscine, a stimulant found in fat-burner and pre-workout products, may do the same thing. Stacking two things that both nudge in that direction could, in theory, add up and raise the chance of a seizure or twitchiness.

I want to be honest about the strength here: this concern comes from animal lab research, not from people, so it's mostly theoretical. Still, rauwolscine also revs up heart rate, blood pressure, and anxiety, which isn't ideal while you're on chemo. Please run this stimulant by your oncologist or pharmacist before using it.
