Acetaminophen, Aspirin, Caffeine falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Bridelia interacts with.

In animals, orally administered extracts of Bridelia ferruginea stem bark inhibit ADP/adrenaline-induced thrombosis by approximately 62%.Theoretically, Bridelia might increase the risk of bleeding when used concomitantly with anticoagulant/antiplatelet drugs.

Here's the thing to keep an eye on with products like Excedrin Migraine: the aspirin in it is a blood thinner that makes your platelets less sticky. In animal studies, Bridelia ferruginea also seemed to slow down clotting (by roughly 62 percent in one test). Put the two together and you may get a bit more of that effect than you bargained for.

What that could look like is easier bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or stomach upset and bleeding from the aspirin. To be fair, this warning is theoretical and based on lab and animal work, not solid human studies, so don't panic. Still, if you regularly use aspirin-containing products, please check with your pharmacist or doctor before adding Bridelia.
