The medicine you're asking about (Synalgos DC) contains aspirin, which already thins the blood a bit by making your platelets less sticky. Bridelia may do something similar. In animal studies, a Bridelia stem bark extract reduced clot formation by roughly 62%. Stack that on top of aspirin and, in theory, you could bruise more easily or bleed a little longer from a cut, a nosebleed, or even the stomach lining.

I want to be honest though: this caution comes from lab and animal data only, not human studies, so it's more of a theoretical concern than a proven one. Food amounts are different from concentrated supplement doses. Watch for unusual bruising, dark stools, or bleeding that won't stop, and check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
