Hydrochlorothiazide, Triamterene falls under ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS — the group Bridelia interacts with.

Animal research suggests that Bridelia extracts decrease arterial pressure. Theoretically, concomitant use of Bridelia with antihypertensive drugs might have additive blood pressure lowering effects.
Some antihypertensive drugs include nifedipine (Adalat, Procardia), verapamil (Calan, Isoptin, Verelan), diltiazem (Cardizem), isradipine (DynaCirc), felodipine (Plendil), amlodipine (Norvasc), and others.

Here's the gist: the combo pill you're asking about pairs a water pill (hydrochlorothiazide) with a potassium-sparing diuretic (triamterene), and it lowers blood pressure. In animal studies, Bridelia also seemed to nudge blood pressure down. So the worry is simple addition. If you take both, your pressure could drop more than expected, which can leave you feeling lightheaded, dizzy, or faint, especially when you stand up quickly.

I want to be honest about the strength of this: it's theoretical, based mostly on lab and animal work, not solid human studies. That doesn't mean ignore it. Since this medicine also affects your fluid and potassium balance, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before adding Bridelia, and check your blood pressure if you do.
