Sitaxsentan sodium falls under ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS — the group Bridelia interacts with.

Animal research suggests that Bridelia extracts decrease arterial pressure. Theoretically, concomitant use of Bridelia with antihypertensive drugs might have additive blood pressure lowering effects.
Some antihypertensive drugs include nifedipine (Adalat, Procardia), verapamil (Calan, Isoptin, Verelan), diltiazem (Cardizem), isradipine (DynaCirc), felodipine (Plendil), amlodipine (Norvasc), and others.

Here's the gist for Thelin (sitaxsentan), which relaxes blood vessels in the lungs to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension. In animal studies, Bridelia has shown a mild blood pressure lowering effect. So in theory, pairing it with sitaxsentan could nudge your blood pressure down a bit more than expected. If that happens, you might feel lightheaded, dizzy, or faint, especially when standing up quickly.

I want to be honest: this is a theoretical concern based mainly on lab and animal work, not solid human studies, so it may never cause a problem. Still, since sitaxsentan is a serious medicine, please check with your pharmacist or doctor before adding Bridelia rather than changing anything on your own.
