Aripiprazole Lauroxil falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Bulbine Natalensis interacts with.

Theoretically, Bulbine natalensis stem might reduce the levels and clinical effects of CYP3A4 substrates.
In vitro research shows that Bulbine natalensis stem extract induces CYP3A4 mRNA expression and enzyme activity. Theoretically, this may increase the metabolism of CYP3A4 substrates, but this has not been studied in humans.

Here's the gist for your long-acting aripiprazole injection (Aristada). Your liver uses an enzyme called CYP3A4 to help break this medication down. In lab studies, Bulbine natalensis appears to speed up that enzyme, which could clear aripiprazole out of your body faster than usual. The worry would be lower drug levels, meaning your schizophrenia or bipolar symptoms might not stay as well controlled between shots.

I want to be honest with you though: this is only a theory from test-tube research, with nothing proven in real people, so the real-world risk is uncertain. On top of that, this supplement has raised liver and kidney safety concerns in animals. I'd hold off and check with your psychiatrist or pharmacist before adding it.
