Cortisone Acetate falls under P-GLYCOPROTEIN SUBSTRATES — the group Bulbine Natalensis interacts with.

Theoretically, Bulbine natalensis stem might increase the levels and clinical effects of p-glycoprotein substrates.
In vitro research shows that Bulbine natalensis stem extract induces p-glycoprotein mRNA expression; however, effects on transporter expression were not evaluated.

Here's the short version: cortisone acetate is one of many medicines your body moves around using a transporter pump called P-glycoprotein. Bulbine natalensis has been looked at in lab dishes only, and there the extract seemed to nudge that pump's activity. If it actually increases the pump in people, it could push a bit more cortisone out and slightly lower its effect.

I want to be honest with you though: this is theoretical, based on test-tube work, not real people. So please don't read it as a definite problem. With steroids like cortisone, even modest changes can matter for how well it controls inflammation, so it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before combining the two.
