Aspirin, Caffeine, Hydrocodone falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Bupleurum interacts with.

Theoretically, bupleurum might increase the risk of bleeding when taken with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.
In vitro research suggests that saikosaponins, constituents of bupleurum, can inhibit platelet aggregation.

This combination product (Damason-P) contains aspirin, and aspirin is the piece that matters here. Aspirin already thins your blood by stopping platelets from clumping together. In lab studies, the saikosaponins in bupleurum seem to do something similar, so stacking them theoretically nudges your bleeding risk a little higher. That could show up as easier bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or a stomach upset that turns into a slow bleed.

I want to be honest: this is based only on test-tube research, not solid human studies, so it's a maybe, not a sure thing. Still, since both already affect bleeding, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them, especially if you notice any unusual bruising or bleeding.
