Here's the thing to keep in mind with this combo. Enstilar and Wynzora pair a steroid (betamethasone) with a vitamin D-type medicine (calcipotriene), and you rub them on your skin to calm the redness, scaling, and itch of psoriasis. The steroid part works partly by quieting down local immune activity in the skin.

Bupleurum, in lab and animal studies only, seems to do the opposite and nudge the immune system to be more active. So in theory it could work against your medication and make it less effective, meaning your psoriasis patches might not clear as well. I'll be honest, this is very weak evidence, and a cream you apply to one spot of skin isn't likely to be strongly affected by an oral herb. Still, if you notice flare-ups, mention the bupleurum to your pharmacist or doctor.
