Amlodipine, Celecoxib falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2C9 (CYP2C9) SUBSTRATES — the group Cannabinol (cbn) interacts with.

Theoretically, cannabinol might increase the levels and clinical effects of CYP2C9 substrates.
In vitro research shows that cannabinol potently inhibits CYP2C9 enzymes. So far, this interaction has not been reported in humans.

This combo pill pairs amlodipine (a blood pressure medicine) with celecoxib (an anti-inflammatory pain reliever, like Celebrex). The celecoxib part is cleared by a liver enzyme called CYP2C9. In lab studies, CBN appears to block that enzyme, which could let celecoxib build up a bit higher than usual. In real life that might mean a higher chance of celecoxib's usual side effects, such as stomach upset, fluid retention, higher blood pressure, or kidney strain.

I want to be honest about the evidence here: this is based only on test-tube research, and it has not actually been reported in people. So it is more of a theoretical concern than a proven problem. Still, since both ingredients matter, please run it past your pharmacist or doctor before adding CBN.
