Bellafoline, Phenobarbital falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2B6 (CYP2B6) SUBSTRATES — the group Cannabinol (cbn) interacts with.

Theoretically, cannabinol might increase the levels and clinical effects of CYP2B6 substrates.
In vitro research shows that cannabinol potently inhibits CYP2B6 enzymes. So far, this interaction has not been reported in humans.

The product you're asking about contains phenobarbital, a barbiturate that the liver clears in part through an enzyme called CYP2B6. In lab (test-tube) studies, CBN appears to block this enzyme fairly strongly. If that held true in people, phenobarbital could clear more slowly and build up in your body, leaning toward stronger effects like extra drowsiness, grogginess, slurred speech, unsteadiness, or slowed breathing. Phenobarbital is a narrow-margin drug, so even modest shifts deserve respect.

That said, this is only theoretical right now, seen in lab work and not yet reported in actual patients. I'm not telling you to stop or change anything. Please run the CBN idea past your pharmacist or doctor first so they can watch for over-sedation.
