Secobarbital Sodium falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2B6 (CYP2B6) SUBSTRATES — the group Cannabinol (cbn) interacts with.

Theoretically, cannabinol might increase the levels and clinical effects of CYP2B6 substrates.
In vitro research shows that cannabinol potently inhibits CYP2B6 enzymes. So far, this interaction has not been reported in humans.

Here's the gist for Seconal: your body uses a liver enzyme called CYP2B6 to help clear this barbiturate out of your system. In lab (test tube) studies, CBN appears to block that same enzyme fairly strongly. If that played out in real life, secobarbital could clear more slowly and build up, meaning stronger and longer sedation, deeper drowsiness, slowed breathing, confusion, and unsteadiness. Both also calm the brain on their own, so stacking them theoretically adds to that.

The honest part: this is only seen in lab dishes and has never been reported in actual people, so we can't say how big a deal it is. Secobarbital is a potent sedative with a narrow safety margin, though, so please don't combine them without checking with your pharmacist or doctor first.
