Here's the thing to know about pairing sitaxsentan (Thelin) with cannabis: in this case, it's the cannabis that gets affected, not the other way around. THC, the part of cannabis that makes you feel high, is partly cleared by a liver enzyme called CYP2C9. Sitaxsentan can slow that enzyme down, so THC may hang around longer and build up. That means the usual cannabis effects could feel stronger or last longer, things like dizziness, drowsiness, a faster heartbeat, dry mouth, or feeling more impaired than expected.

I'll be honest, this is a theoretical concern based on how these compounds behave in the lab, not something proven in real patients, so don't panic. Still, it's worth a quick chat with your doctor or pharmacist before combining them.
