Why this applies to Vardenafil

Vardenafil falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Cannabis interacts with.

Theoretically, cannabis may increase the levels and adverse effects of CYP3A4 substrates.
In vitro research shows that cannabis can inhibit the activity of CYP3A4 enzymes, which might decrease the metabolism of CYP3A4 substrates. In vitro research also shows that cannabis extracts modestly inhibit the CYP3A4 metabolism of testosterone; extracts providing the specific cannabinoids CBD and cannabigerol (CBG) had stronger inhibitory effects than extracts containing THC and CBD.

Here's the gist for Levitra (vardenafil): your liver uses an enzyme called CYP3A4 to clear it out. Lab studies suggest some cannabis compounds (CBD in particular) can slow that enzyme down. If that happens in real life, vardenafil could hang around longer and hit a bit harder than expected.

In plain terms, you might notice more of its usual effects, like headache, facial flushing, a stuffy nose, dizziness, or stomach upset. I want to be honest though: this is theoretical, based on test-tube research, not on people. So it's a maybe, not a sure thing. Just give your pharmacist or doctor a heads-up if you use cannabis, and let them know if you feel more side effects than usual.

Vardenafil tablets and orally disintegrating tablets are both indicated for the treatment of erectile dysfunction — difficulty getting or keeping an erection firm enough for sex.

Sexual stimulation is required for vardenafil to work. It does not cause an erection on its own.
