Cauliflower + Aspirin, Caffeine
Aspirin, Caffeine brand name: Anacin.
Cauliflower has a moderate interaction with Aspirin, Caffeine. Preliminary clinical evidence suggests that eating cruciferous vegetables, including broccoli, cauliflower, daikon radish sprouts, and cabbage, can increase cytochrome P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) activity by 14% to 27%.

Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
CYTOCHROME P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) SUBSTRATES
Why this applies to Aspirin, Caffeine
Aspirin, Caffeine falls under CYTOCHROME P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) SUBSTRATES — the group Cauliflower interacts with.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the piece that matters for your Anacin: the caffeine in it is cleared by an enzyme called CYP1A2. Some early studies suggest cruciferous veggies like cauliflower can nudge that enzyme to work a bit faster (roughly 14 to 27 percent). In theory, that could clear caffeine slightly quicker, so you might notice its pick-me-up effect feels a touch weaker or shorter. The aspirin part isn't really affected here.
Honestly, I wouldn't lose sleep over this one. The evidence is on the weaker side, and normal amounts of cauliflower on your plate are unlikely to cause a noticeable change. If you're eating large amounts daily or using concentrated cruciferous supplements, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Aspirin, Caffeine page
“Anacin combines aspirin with caffeine, so supplements can hit it from two directions, and a few of the 347 on this list deserve real respect. The biggest group, over 200 ingredients, can raise bleeding risk on top of aspirin's blood-thinning effect; beer and wine carry major ratings because alcohol plus an aspirin-type drug makes stoma…”

About Cauliflower
What is Cauliflower?
- General nutrition and a low-carb vegetable
- Source of vitamin C and fiber
- Antioxidant support

- Part of a heart-healthy diet
Cauliflower is a nutritious cruciferous vegetable that provides vitamin C, fiber, and plant compounds called glucosinolates.
