Here's the simple version: Bendroflumethiazide is a water pill (thiazide diuretic) that lowers your blood pressure. Cod liver oil, thanks to its omega-3 fats, can nudge blood pressure down a little too. Put them together and those effects may stack up, so your pressure could drop more than expected.

In real life that might show up as feeling dizzy or lightheaded, especially when you stand up quickly, along with tiredness. This isn't a dangerous, fast reaction, and the evidence behind it is fairly modest. Plenty of people use both without trouble. Still, if you're starting cod liver oil, it's worth giving your pharmacist or doctor a heads-up, and let them know if you notice new dizziness so they can keep an eye on your readings.
