Theoretically, DHEA might increase the risk of bleeding if used with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.

Here's the gist: aspirin already works by making your platelets less sticky, which is how it helps prevent clots but also why it can raise your bleeding risk. DHEA appears to do something similar in lab and some human studies. It can also nudge platelets toward not clumping together. So stacking the two could, in theory, add up to a little more bleeding than aspirin alone.

To be fair, this is mostly theoretical and based on early research, so I don't want to scare you. But it's worth watching for signs like easy bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or dark stools. Before adding DHEA, please check with your pharmacist or doctor, especially if you take aspirin daily.
