Aripiprazole falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Dhea interacts with.

Theoretically, DHEA might increase the levels of drugs metabolized by CYP3A4.
Some preliminary evidence shows that DHEA may inhibit CYP3A4; however, the clinical significance of this potential interaction is not known.

Here's the basic idea with aripiprazole (Abilify) and DHEA. Your body relies on a liver enzyme called CYP3A4 to help break down aripiprazole and clear it out. There's some early, hand-wavy evidence that DHEA may slow that enzyme down a little. If that happened, aripiprazole could build up a bit more than usual, which might mean stronger effects or more side effects like drowsiness, restlessness, dizziness, or feeling shaky.

I want to be honest, though: this is theoretical and only backed by anecdotal reports, so we really don't know if it matters in real life. It's not a reason to panic. Just loop in your pharmacist or prescriber before adding DHEA so they can keep an eye on how you feel.
