Aliskiren falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Dhea interacts with.

Theoretically, DHEA might increase the levels of drugs metabolized by CYP3A4.
Some preliminary evidence shows that DHEA may inhibit CYP3A4; however, the clinical significance of this potential interaction is not known.

Here's the gist for Aliskiren (Tekturna). Your liver uses an enzyme called CYP3A4 to help process this blood pressure medicine. DHEA, in lab studies, may slow that enzyme down a little. If that happened in real life, more aliskiren could hang around in your body, which in theory could push your blood pressure lower than expected. You might notice things like dizziness, lightheadedness when standing, or feeling unusually tired.

I want to be honest, though, this is theoretical and rests on very weak, anecdotal evidence. We don't actually know if it matters in people. Still, since both affect your blood pressure, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before pairing them.

Aliskiren and Tekturna tablets are both approved to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) in adults and in children who are at least 6 years old and weigh 50 kg (about 110 lbs) or more. Lowering high blood pressure reduces the risk of serious events like strokes and heart attacks.
