Belumosudil Mesylate falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Dhea interacts with.

Theoretically, DHEA might increase the levels of drugs metabolized by CYP3A4.
Some preliminary evidence shows that DHEA may inhibit CYP3A4; however, the clinical significance of this potential interaction is not known.

Here's the short version: your body clears Rezurock (belumosudil) using a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. There's some early, weak lab-based evidence that DHEA may slow that enzyme down a bit. If that happened, belumosudil could build up more than expected in your system, which in theory could mean stronger effects and a higher chance of side effects like fatigue, nausea, diarrhea, muscle or joint aches, or swelling.

Now, please don't lose sleep over this. This is mostly theoretical and the real-world importance isn't known. But belumosudil is an important medicine for a serious condition, so I wouldn't add DHEA on your own. Run it by your pharmacist or transplant team first, and they can guide you.

Rezurock (belumosudil) is used to treat chronic graft-versus-host disease (chronic GVHD) — a serious immune condition that can occur after a stem cell or bone marrow transplant, where the donor's immune cells attack the recipient's body. It is specifically for patients aged 12 and older whose chronic GVHD has not responded to at least two prior systemic (whole-body) treatments.
