Ethynodiol Diacetate, Mestranol falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Dhea interacts with.

Theoretically, DHEA might increase the levels of drugs metabolized by CYP3A4.
Some preliminary evidence shows that DHEA may inhibit CYP3A4; however, the clinical significance of this potential interaction is not known.

Ovulen is a combination birth control pill, with mestranol (an estrogen) and ethynodiol diacetate (a progestin). Both of these hormones are partly cleared by a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. There's some early, low-level lab evidence that DHEA may slow that enzyme down. If that happened, the hormones in your pill could build up slightly higher than usual, which in theory might mean more estrogen-type side effects like nausea, breast tenderness, bloating, headaches, or mood changes.

I want to be honest with you though: this is theoretical and based on anecdotal evidence only. The real-world importance isn't known. On top of that, DHEA is itself a hormone, so layering it with a hormone-based pill is worth a separate conversation. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
