DHEA is a natural hormone that the body makes and that declines with age, and it is sold as a supplement claiming many benefits. The evidence is mixed and limited for most uses, and because it acts as a hormone it can cause real side effects. What Is Fremanezumab-vfrm Injection Used For?

Brand name: Ajovy

Ajovy (fremanezumab-vfrm) injection is used to prevent migraines in adults. It is also approved to prevent episodic migraine in pediatric patients who are 6 to 17 years of age and who weigh at least 45 kg (about 99 lbs).

It is a preventive treatment — meaning it is taken on a regular schedule to reduce how often migraines happen, not to stop a migraine once it has started. Ajovy is not approved for children under 6 years old, children weighing less than 45 kg, or for the prevention of chronic migraine in pediatric patients.
