Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
TESTOSTERONE
Why this applies to Methyltestosterone Buccal
Methyltestosterone Buccal falls under TESTOSTERONE — the group Eurycoma Longifolia interacts with.
A clinical study in aging males with testosterone levels below 300 ng/dL shows that taking a specific water extract of Eurycoma longifolia roots (Physta; Biotropics Malaysia) 100-200 mg daily with breakfast for 12 weeks increases total testosterone levels by 8% to 11% when compared with placebo. It is unclear whether this increase would occur in individuals with normal testosterone levels.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the simple version: methyltestosterone is a form of testosterone you're already taking on purpose to raise your testosterone activity. Tongkat ali (Eurycoma longifolia) may, in theory, nudge your own testosterone levels up a little too. Stack the two together and you could be adding a small push on top of your prescribed dose.
This is rated minor and it's only a theoretical idea based on how the herb is thought to work, so don't be alarmed. At most you might notice more testosterone-type effects like acne, oily skin, mood changes, or fluid retention. The honest answer is we don't have solid proof this happens. Since methyltestosterone can stress the liver, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Methyltestosterone Buccal page
“Methyltestosterone buccal (Oreton Buccal, Android 5) is an androgen that can strain the liver on its own, and 38 of the 73 supplements on this list can add to that liver stress, so real care is warranted. Two of the four major entries are alcohol itself, beer and wine, since drinking on top of a liver-taxing drug raises the risk of dam…”
