Naproxen, Sumatriptan falls under Cytochrome P450 2C9 (Cyp2C9) Substrates — the group Genistein Combined Polysaccharide interacts with.

Some evidence suggests that genistein can alter the pharmacokinetics of CYP2C9 substrates and should be used cautiously with them. This has only been seen in animal studies however. (PUBMED https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/29387488/)

Treximet is a combo pill: naproxen (an anti-inflammatory pain reliever) plus sumatriptan for migraines. The naproxen half gets cleared partly by a liver enzyme called CYP2C9. The genistein in GCP may slow that enzyme down, which in theory could let naproxen build up a little. If that happened, you might notice more of naproxen's usual side effects, like stomach upset, heartburn, or a higher risk of stomach irritation.

Here's the honest part though: this has only been seen in animal studies, the rating is minor, and it's far from proven in people. I wouldn't lose sleep over it. Still, since GCP is usually taken for serious hormone-related conditions, please loop in your oncologist and pharmacist before combining them.
