Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
CAFFEINE
Why this applies to Aspirin, Caffeine
Aspirin, Caffeine falls under CAFFEINE — the group Genistein Combined Polysaccharide interacts with.
Taking genistein 1 gram daily for 14 days seems to inhibit caffeine clearance and metabolism in healthy females. This effect has been attributed to inhibition of the cytochrome P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) enzyme, which is involved in caffeine metabolism.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the thing with Anacin: it pairs aspirin with a dose of caffeine. The caffeine part is what matters here. Your body clears caffeine mainly through a liver enzyme called CYP1A2, and the genistein in GCP appears to slow that enzyme down. In one small study, women taking 1 gram of genistein daily for two weeks broke caffeine down more slowly. So the caffeine in your Anacin could hang around longer and feel stronger.
In real life that might mean more jitteriness, a racing or pounding heart, trouble sleeping, or a queasy stomach. This is still mostly theoretical and based on limited research, so I wouldn't panic, but if you notice those buzzy effects, mention it to your pharmacist or doctor before changing anything.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Aspirin, Caffeine page
“Anacin combines aspirin with caffeine, so supplements can hit it from two directions, and a few of the 347 on this list deserve real respect. The biggest group, over 200 ingredients, can raise bleeding risk on top of aspirin's blood-thinning effect; beer and wine carry major ratings because alcohol plus an aspirin-type drug makes stoma…”

- Immune support
Genistein Combined Polysaccharide (GCP) is a soy-and-mushroom supplement studied mostly for hormone-related cancers like prostate cancer, but solid human evidence is still limited.
