Levamlodipine falls under ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS — the group Goldenseal interacts with.

Theoretically, goldenseal might increase the risk of hypotension when taken with antihypertensive drugs.
Goldenseal contains berberine. Animal research shows that berberine can have hypotensive effects. Also, an analysis of clinical research shows that taking berberine in combination with amlodipine can lower systolic and diastolic blood pressure when compared with amlodipine alone. However, this effect has not been reported with goldenseal.

Levamlodipine (Conjupri) is a calcium channel blocker that lowers your blood pressure by relaxing blood vessels. Goldenseal contains berberine, which in animal studies and some human research (mostly with regular amlodipine) seems to nudge blood pressure down a little on its own. So the concern here is simple: stacking the two could push your blood pressure lower than intended.

If that happens, you might feel dizzy, lightheaded, tired, or unsteady, especially when standing up quickly. I'll be honest though, this is theoretical for goldenseal itself and based mainly on pharmacology, so it may not be a big deal for everyone. Still, it's worth running past your pharmacist or doctor before combining them, and don't change your blood pressure medicine on your own.

Levamlodipine also falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES.

Goldenseal might increase serum levels of drugs metabolized by CYP3A4.
Most clinical and in vitro research shows that goldenseal inhibits CYP3A4 enzyme activity and increases serum levels of CYP3A4 substrates, such as midazolam. However, in one small clinical study, goldenseal did not affect the levels of indinavir, a CYP3A4 substrate, in healthy volunteers. This is likely due to the fact that indinavir has a high oral bioavailability, making it an inadequate probe for CYP3A4 interactions and/or that it is primarily metabolized by hepatic CYP3A, while goldenseal has more potential to inhibit intestinal CYP3A enzyme activity. Both goldenseal extract and its isolated constituents berberine and hydrastine inhibit CYP3A, with hydrastine possibly having more inhibitory potential than berberine.

Levamlodipine is the active half of amlodipine, a blood pressure pill that your body clears using a liver and gut enzyme called CYP3A4. Goldenseal tends to slow that same enzyme down. When the breakdown process slows, more of the medicine can linger in your bloodstream than expected.

For Levamlodipine, that usually means a stronger effect: blood pressure could dip too low, and you might notice dizziness, flushing, headache, swollen ankles, or a faster heartbeat. The evidence here is moderate, mostly from small studies, so it is not guaranteed to happen. Concentrated goldenseal supplements are the real concern, not occasional small amounts. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before pairing these, and don't change your dose on your own.
