ANTIDIABETES DRUGS
Why this applies to Insulin Aspart
Insulin Aspart falls under ANTIDIABETES DRUGS — the group Goli Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies interacts with.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the simple version: insulin aspart (Fiasp) already lowers your blood sugar, and apple cider vinegar may nudge it down a little too, partly by slowing how fast your stomach empties after a meal. Stack those together and there's a small, mostly theoretical chance your blood sugar could dip lower than expected, meaning more risk of a low (shakiness, sweating, dizziness, confusion, or a fast heartbeat).
That said, the amount of vinegar in a Goli gummy is fairly low, so for most folks this is a minor concern, not an alarm. If you do try them, just keep an eye on your numbers and watch for lows. Don't change your insulin dose on your own; loop in your doctor or pharmacist first.

About Insulin Aspart (rDNA Origin) Injection
What Is Insulin Aspart (rDNA Origin) Injection Used For?
Brand name: Fiasp
Insulin aspart products help improve blood sugar (glycemic) control in people with diabetes mellitus. The mixed product, Insulin Aspart Protamine and Insulin Aspart Mix 70/30 (NovoLog Mix 70/30), is labeled for adults.
The Mix 70/30 product is not recommended for diabetic ketoacidosis (a dangerous buildup of acids in the blood). Its fast- and long-acting parts are fixed, so they can’t be adjusted separately for basal (background) versus mealtime needs.
