Here's the gist: glipizide already lowers your blood sugar by nudging your pancreas to release more insulin. Apple cider vinegar, the active part of these Goli gummies, may gently lower blood sugar on its own and slow how fast your stomach empties. Stack those two together and, in theory, they could add up and push your blood sugar a little too low.

I want to be honest about how mild this is. The amount of vinegar in a gummy is small, and this concern is mostly theoretical, so most people won't notice anything. Still, it's worth knowing the signs of low blood sugar: shakiness, sweating, dizziness, headache, or feeling suddenly hungry or confused.
